1. 3-Month BFX Dedicated Support & Warranty Policy
Every Build Factory X system comes with 3 months of direct BFX technical & warranty assistance starting from the date of delivery.
Service Scope:
- Remote Diagnostics & Video Assistance: Full live troubleshooting, video guidance, and software/driver conflict resolution.
- On-Site Visits (Subject to Availability): In-person technician visits are available across Tamil Nadu and South India *subject to BFX team schedule and travel feasibility*.
- RMA Warranty Facilitation: If any component fails, we actively assist you in handling the official manufacturer claim so you don't have to deal with service center headaches alone.
All components used in BFX builds are 100% brand-new, genuine, and carry full 3 to 10-year manufacturer warranties with original GST invoices.
2. What Is Covered
- Hardware component defects under normal, standard operating conditions.
- System BIOS configuration and factory stability tuning.
- Initial transit damage reported within 24 hours of delivery.
3. What Is Not Covered
- Physical liquid spills, lightning/power surge damage without surge protection, or dropped chassis.
- Extreme firmware flashing or unsafe manual overvolting resulting in silicon burnout.
