• Personal BFX Team Hand-Delivery: The actual BFX team personally hand-delivers your machine directly to your doorstep across Tamil Nadu.
• Delivery Cost: 100% FREE (₹0 Extra Charge).

2. Deliveries Outside Tamil Nadu (Pan-India)

• Actual Travel / Transit Cost ONLY: For deliveries outside Tamil Nadu, we charge only the exact to-and-fro travel/transit cost required for the journey.
• 100% Transparent — Zero Markups: We do NOT charge hidden handling fees, packaging surcharges, or courier profits. You pay strictly what the actual travel ticket/transit costs—not a single rupee more.

3. Build & Dispatch Timelines

All custom systems are hand-built and thoroughly stress-tested to order:

• Assembly & Thermal Burn-In: 3 to 7 business days (meticulous cable combing, BIOS flash, XMP/EXPO activation, and rigorous Cinebench/3DMark thermal stress-testing).
• Shock-Proof Packaging: 1 to 2 business days (internal expanding Instapak foam locking the GPU & cooler, double-wall corrugated boxing, and tamper-proof seals).
• Direct Handover: Our team coordinates directly with you on WhatsApp/phone before departing.

4. Transit Safety Guarantee

• All machines are transported under direct BFX supervision with internal foam support brackets.
• In the rare event of transit issues, our team is directly on-site with you to inspect, verify, and guarantee 100% working order.
