How does the warranty work?

Every BFX system comes with 3 months of direct BFX technical & warranty support. In-person on-site visits are provided subject to team availability and location feasibility; full remote diagnostics, video troubleshooting, and component RMA facilitation are always guaranteed. Beyond 3 months, individual component warranties (3-10 years) are covered by manufacturers.

Are the systems plug-and-play?

Yes. We install the OS, update all drivers, flash the latest stable BIOS, set XMP/EXPO profiles, and pre-install requested software. All you have to do is plug it into the wall and start dominating.
