These Terms govern your use of our website and purchase of goods/services from Build Factory X.
1. Use of Services
- You agree to use Build Factory X services exclusively for lawful purposes under Indian laws.
- It is your responsibility to verify that your selected PC configuration and component compatibility match your desired workflow before placing an order.
2. BFX Vesper Hardware Advisory
Build Factory X provides BFX Vesper, an interactive virtual hardware advisor, to help you explore hardware specifications, build configurations, and store services:
- Hardware Guidance & Scope: Recommendations and hardware advice provided by BFX Vesper are for informational guidance. BFX Vesper does not quote retail prices or numerical FPS metrics; official prices are displayed directly in our Configurator (/configurator), Prebuilts (/prebuilt), and at checkout.
- Fair Usage Policy (FUP): To ensure reliable system resources for all visitors, advisory queries are rate-limited to 5 requests per 3-minute window. Exceeding this limit initiates a brief 3-minute cooldown.
- Prohibited Conduct: Automated scraping, prompt injection attacks, reverse engineering, or off-scope queries are strictly prohibited.
3. Pricing & Order Processing
- All prices displayed on Build Factory X are in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable taxes unless specified otherwise.
- In the rare event of severe component price spikes or distributor stock unavailability after order placement, we will contact you immediately to discuss alternative verified options or issue a prompt adjustment.
4. Limitation of Liability
- Build Factory X shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from improper user overclocking, extreme physical abuse, or unauthorized third-party hardware modifications.
- Manufacturer warranties apply directly to all genuine hardware parts with their respective official service networks.
